Bit of a long shot, Win 10 (old machine) my 2013 keyboard worked fine until just now. The LEDs have stopped showing. I’ve had 2 cornea grafts, so appreciate the lights on the keys.
Normally FN + F12 will lighten and leave the keys LIT UP. Now, FN + F12 I see the keyboard flash - light up, then go off. Same happens with FN + F11. BUT, they do not stay lit.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
