blackwidow chroma keyboard lighting...

the lights on my blackwidow chroma keyboard are constantly changing from what i have it set to as. keeps going from my advanced effects (with my color scheme i chose) to the stupid quick effects spectrum cycling. does it when my headset loses connection, or turns off, might stay as i want for 30 seconds or 30 minutes just does it out of the blue and chat support was a waste of time.. anyone got a solution before i switch to logitech?
