Blackwidow Chroma problem need help

Every time i turn my computer on none of my devices are picked up by synapse but synapse shows that they are there. i cant change any of the lighting settings or anything. What i have been doing is uninstalling synapse the drivers for the keyboard (this also happens with my mouse (Mamba) and mouse pad (firefly)) This works but the next time i turn my computer on, it doesn't get picked up again.

Hi there! What version of Synapse are you using? Have you tried to do a repair instead? Also, please try to use another account and see if the same issue persists. Let me know.
