Hello, my Blackwidow Chroma V2 appears as "Razer Bootloader" in the Device Manager.

It is not working.

Please don't ask generic questions as "Have you tried connecting it to another USB-Port on another PC?"

I've done all of those things already.

The corresponding Firmware Updater, which is available on mysupport.razer.com "Firmware Updater v1.01.00 r2" November 27, 2018 puts me into an infinite loop.

It is clear that I need another, working, Firmware Updater for my respective model (RZ03-02032).



I would appreciate your help on this matter,
