Basically the top row (exept for “pause break”) keys are not working at all,
I have tried:
soft and hard resets of the keybord itself (“hold esc+caps, unplug, plug and release” and the synapse reset)
uninstalling the device from windows
uninstalling synapse
repairing synapse
various reboots and/or unplugs (also changed USB ports)
what’s strange to me is that the last key is working.
BIOS side is normal as ever
is there anything else I can try?
