Blackwidow chroma v2 keyboard RGB not working properly

So my blackwidow keyboard was working properly until one day the "N" RGB started acting weird. It only lights up in red, blue and different shades of purple. Even if i chnage the color on synape it that letter only lights up on red blue or a shade of purple. Can someone please send tell a fix for this

greetings my razer blackwidow chroma v2, is not being detected by my laptop, has windows 10, and the keyboard does not turn on the lights, does nothing. What I can do ! please help !

i have same issue but different keys mine is ENTER & Right arrow key still not fix

Seems like a hardware issue than a software issue If all other keys are working, than the Synapse is doing its job of sending instructions to light up the keys. But if one or two keys seem to differ, then some sort of action needs to be dealt on those keys. Try plugging the keyboard to another computer with the synapse running. If the keys still does not listen, than it is a hardware fault.

Hi guys! If the same issue persists even with Synapse closed off then it might be an issue with the LEDs. I'd recommend reaching out to support or sending me a PM for assistance. Let me know if you have other questions. Also, moving this to the support board.
