Blackwidow Chroma v2 - Lights up but not connecting.

I think I've tried everything possible so far. The keyboard just doesn't register when connected into any USB port. All the ports tested and all working properly. It does however light up. After Hard Reset. But can't update or anything. Any Ideas ? I have tried plugin it into my laptop too and no luck there either. It's as if the data inside the Keyboard has been lost. :frown_:
