Blackwidow Chroma V2 Lights work, But It will not let me edit the lights

I have tried countless times to fix this issue and i have never found a solution. i have re installed, and updated everything i can think of. The keyboard will light up but I have zero control and synapse won't change the lighting when i set it to change please help.

Hey @Tymeister, which version of Synapse do you currently have installed? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your BlackWidow Chroma V2 so I can look into possible firmware fixes.
