it acted weird not responding to keys and when i restart computer it wouldnt respond at all and no lights.
tried rolling back drivers and reinstalling synapse because it isnt detected.

Ok, one of my Razor keyboards kinda had the same problem. What you you need to do I believe is hold CTRL + SHIFT + ESC, while the keyboard isn't plugged in. Then when you hold those three buttons at the same time, plug the keyboard into the computer with another hand, and then he should work, it worked on mines!
