Blackwidow Chroma V2: Random white flicker around numpad

Hi!

My numpad randomly flickers white and I haven't found any fix, seems to be a common issue too.
Some day I notice it doing it a few times, other days I don't notice any flicker at all. Unfortunately I can not provide any video evidence as this flicker is unpredictable and very short. This is already happening for several months and I thought Razer would fix it with a software update, but now it's slowly driving me crazy.
Not only is it annoying but also breaks the immersion in some games. I really hope someone can help me out here. My firmware version is up to date btw.

Thanks.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your keyboard's concern. Have you updated your keyboard and Razer Synapse? Are you using a USB hub? Have you replicated the issue by connecting the device to another USB port or computer?
I'm having the same issue except all of my Razer devices flicker simultaneously. I've updated my Synapse software and I'm not using a hub. My only other computer is a MacBook Pro so not really suitable for a repro.

Hey there! What's your Mac OS version? The Synapse 2.0 for MAC will be available up to MAC OS 10.14 only. Please click this link. Feel free to send me a PM or contact our Support Team here. I'll be locking this thread now.

Reaching out to Support

Razer Insider’s support forum is a community driven forum to discuss technical issues with other Razer product owners, first. Although, Razer support staff will monitor the support forum and do their best to address your concerns, posting in the support forum does not guarantee that your issue will be addressed. If the support forum is unable to provide assistance through community support or as a result of a search for a similar problem, please visit http://www.razersupport.com/contact.

Please keep in mind that community support may solve a couple of product issues or offer temporary work arounds, but these remedies may not be the proper or permanent solution to your problem. It is important to keep all posts on topic. This includes technical issues, advice, and discussion of said technical issues.

Search to see if your issue has already been addressed in a similar thread. If a similar issue cannot be found, create your own post with a clear subject line that summarizes your issue. Support posts with subjects that do not indicate that actual issue you are experiencing, such as, “Help me please!” or “This thing sucks” may result in a further delay with any assistance.

Hijacking someone else’s support thread with the intent of bringing attention to your own will result in your issue being ignored.

Technical issues can be a cause of great grief and while we understand the emotional toil it can take, abusive, obnoxious and rude posts do nothing to help your concerns or the community.

It is our goal for the support forum to be a place of community assisted aid, self-trouble shooting and accessible answers. All House Rules apply, please be kind and respectful to other community members and our support staff when they come to your aid.
