BlackWidow Chroma V2 (RZ03-0203) issues

This keyboard has worked great up to this point i will start off by saying. It has been great, and this issue doesn't really stop me from using it, just some of the bells and whistles that are on it.

The main issue i've noticed is that the macro buttons, M1/2/3/4/5, have started to have a sluggish response. The sluggishness is in activating the keystroke/command, and once it does, it does it usually more than once.

One of the macro's i have setup is to change songs. This takes a couple seconds to do anything and then will skip like 5 songs. I've tried setting up something else that doesn't involve my music player to try and narrow down the problem. I setup a macro to just right click and it seems to do the same thing.

Since that has showed up i have noticed that the caps lock, num lock, and scroll lock LED's don't seem to change as they are turned on/off. They still function, it's just not updating the info via LED's on the top right of the keyboard.

This got me thinking that the firmware was outdated or something. I started going down the rabbit hole to get the firmware updated. I eventually got a download "RAZER BLACKWIDOW CHROMA V2 FIRMWARE UPDATER" which seemed to be just what i was looking for. Only thing is that it that it doesn't recognize that my keyboard is plugged in. Synapse 3.7.1209.121307 sees the keyboard and that is the app i am using to setup all the macros to begin with.

I did find that in my windows keyboard properties that my current driver version is 10.0.15063.0. Not sure if that helps but i figured i would mention it.
