  • Hi, i have the Blackwidow Chroma V2 TE and its stuck in bootloader mode. After googling ive seen a few people say they had the same issue and got in contact with you and you sent them the firmware download which fixes it. The only firmware i can find online is https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4661 which does not have my serial number on the ''applicable models'' section
I tried it anyway but when it comes to the section where it says ''plug in device'' i plug in my keyboard nothing happens, nothing pops up and so i cant click the update button. My computer lists it as Razer bootloader in devices and the ''Eject media safely'' pop-up always comes up when i plug it in. Serial number is RZ03-02191700-R3M1

Please contact Razer Support directly.
The firmware that you've linked is for Chroma V2 only, not the TE version.

Hi there! Unplug your keyboard plug it back while pressing the FN key. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number and proof of purchase to look into RMA options.
