BlackWidow Elite and KVM key combo not working

I just got my BlackWidow Elite and connected it through my StarTech KVM. With my previous two keyboards, I hit <ScrollLock> twice followed by 1, 2, 3, or 4 to switch computers. With the BlackWidow, nothing happens. I do have the latest Synapse installed. How do I get this working again? Thanks!
