my keyboard(blackwidow elite) started pressing random keys (mostly q a that area) (probably water related) so I unplugged it put it in the closet and forgot about it for like almost a year and when I got it out and cleaned it it worked for like a month but the spam came back

If it's water damage - you can try to disassembly the keyboard and try to clean PCB/contacts with Isopropyl Alcohol. If it doesn't help - only switch replacement.
