BlackWidow Elite key spamming issue

Just bought a new BlackWidow Elite. Problem comes and goes but it's very frequent. Some keys (particularly the 'c' key) are working fine and then suddenly stop registering clicks or produce too many letters after a single press. I've tried everything in terms of re-instaliing drivers, removing devices that could be clashing with it etc, but no luck. All other keyboard I plug in work fine so the problem is isolated to the BlackWidow. Problem persists whether I'm running Synapse 3 or not. No available firmware updates available for the keyboard. Any advice?

    Mine is doing this as well. I even returned the keyboard and got a second one that is doing the exact same thing. Its really annoying and all Razer support wanted me to do was send them the keyboard. I already paid near 200 for this stupid keyboard, the least they could do was advance replace it with a label and I would ship them back the bad one. Heck I would even give them my card number as collateral. For as many people that are having this issue, you would think their engineers would get it together and code a new firmware for this keyboard. Its obviously the issue for keyboard. I have done everything you have including replacing the keyboard. I also sent them a video of the issue happening, all to no avail. Pretty sad. Welcome to Razer...
