Blackwidow Elite lights up but won't type

My blackwidow elite is about 10 months old now and the keys have stopped working. It lights up and the ripple effects are still responsive but I can't type anything. I've tried resetting by holding "Esc" and "Caps" and then plugging the board in, but it hasn't worked so far.
