Blackwidow Elite M key not functioning corretly

I have a basically new Blackwidow Elite keyboard, bought back in October but did not install until yesterday, the M key does not always work. I have to press either really hard on the key or press corner of key to get it to work. I took the key cap off and still had the same issue. I tried to submit a support ticket, but of course that is currently not functioning. I have no Macros, and this started immediately after I installed. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried reconnecting to different usb ports and deinstalling software/drivers and reinstall to no avail.
