Occasionally, my blackwiow elite would miss a keystroke, it's not any one key in particular, just randomly typing and a random letter may not appear sometimes. Any suggestions or fixes to this is appreciated.

Also, is there updated firmware for this keyboard? Going to the support page only has the master guide.
Contacted support directly and gave me the recommendation of doing a clean install of synaspe 3 and it seems to have fixed it.
