Hi,



Over the last few days I noticed that my BlackWidow keyboard stopped showing up in Synapse 3 so I can no longer control the RGB or any of the settings.



Windows is still seeing the keyboard and I'm typing this post using the keyboard right now.



I don't recall installing a new Synapse version. I've removed the device from Windows and then re-plugged the USB in to trigger a "new" install of the keyboard. That didn't help.



Any recommendations?

I'm having a similar problem with my BlackWidow, although mines a 2019 edition. Anyways, what will happen is that after about 10-15 secs the keyboard will disconnect from Windows and then immediately reconnect. Additionally, it will show as loading in Synapse 3, disappear, then reappear only to continue the cycle over again. I've attempted repairing Synapse, reinstalling it, I even deleted the files for Razer in the Registry Editor within Windows. Nothing has worked so far. I've also attempted updating the drivers many times. Additionally, I have uninstalled the keyboard in the Device Manager and reinstalled it and yet it still hasn't cooperated with me. Please, Razer Support, if you could find a fix it would be greatly appreciated.
I ended up using Windows "App & features" to Modify Synapse and then within Synapse install app, I asked it to repair the installation. My keyboard did come back. Will keep an eye out to see if it disappears again.
