Hello everyone, My blackwidow keyboard does not connect to my razer synapse. I got a 2017 version. I hope someone can help. Kind regards, Peter

Try to reinstall Syanpse, then plug your keyboard to another USB channel. If it wont help, reinstall again Synapse, and before start, add directories to Syanpse in exceptions of antivirus and firewall, it sholuld help

The version of Synapse you have installed may not have support for the device. PM me the serial number of your keyboard and a screenshot of how it appears in the Device Manager so I can help you out.
