I just bought my razer blackwidow keyboard last Dec and one of the keys (letter S) is no longer working. All other keys are okay. I downloaded the latest software and still have the same issue. Where can I bring this for repair/ replacement?

Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue? e.g. spilled liquid, etc. Have you tried cleaning the affected key using a can of compressed air to remove any dust or debris? If possible, test with a different computer without Synapse installed. You can also follow the troubleshooting from article to resolved the problem. Should you have any other concerns, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware update. All the best!
