BlackWidow keyboard rapidly restarts right when synapse opens

I recently got the Razer BlackWidow(2019) and it works perfectly fine when i just plug it in. But when ever i launch synapse the keyboard constantly restarts. I have messed with the power plan and usb setting and nothing will work. This keyboard was used before me on a mac. Anyone know how to fix?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. That's strange. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port? What's your Razer Synapse current version? If you are using Razer Synapse 3.0, please go to Settings>Reset and select your Razer BlackWidow from the list. Please send me a PM together with the keyboard's serial number should you need additional assistance.
