Blackwidow Lite Stormtrooper Keyboard/Synapsis 3 not Recognized after Windows 10 Update

Hello! I have tried resetting my laptop, uninstalling Synapse 3, and reinstalling it. Nothing works to take my keyboard out of breathing mode. I am trying to get the lighting to go back to solid white as it should be. Is there anyone who can assist me with this? I have been trying to get through to chat all day. Thanks! Charity
