Blackwidow not responding and just blinking light (also no idea how to contact support)

I have no idea how to contact this freaking support so I’m writing here.

Today when I click to restart my pc. When it turn on again my keyboard “Blackwidow V4” stopped responding and just have random places where it blinks. Whenever I connect cable to my pc it shows for less then 1 sec in options> connected devices and again don’t respond and just blink lights faster and faster (almost everytime diffrent keys are lighted on starting from middle and going futhere). I bought it less then year ago and I sgould still have 2 years warranty. Yet there isn’t any way to contact support. Anything on this page is just endless buttons to same sites or there are just no option with keyboards. I find some solution to hold some buttons and plag in keyboard to pc, noting did work for me but sometimes while pressing esc, my pc reacted as I just click windows button, or if I pressed contrl it’s pernamently pressed (my mouse light all texts and when I click it isn’t normal click)

Sorry for angry tone but I’m super frustrated cus I cannot now do my work and I have absolutly no idea what to do. Thanks for reading and answering.
