RGB pulses as normal when switching modes between 2.4ghz, Wired/Off and Bluetooth, but after initial pulse does not continue to glow per Chroma profile. The only time it works is when its physically plugged in, regardless of keyboard power level. Any idea what’s going on? All help is appreciated. Thanks!
