Blackwidow TE Chroma V2 - Keys tend to input twice or more on a single press

Title basically say is all; i'm using the Blackwidow TE Chroma V2 on Razer Synapse 3, and with some keys, it has a tendancy to input the letter twice; the E and W keys have been the absolute worst with this. I've looked through the settings (that i know of) in Synapse, yet I've found nothing relevant... is this a common issue, or does my specific keyboard have a problem? Thanks in advance.

    from what you have said it could be 3 possible issues. It could be synapse, it could be the computer system or it could just be system lag. I advise to plug the keyboard into a different computer system and see if the same issue happens. Have you tested to see if this happens when synapse is closed completely? Have you tried to plug the keyboard into a different post as it could be a loose connection? Also make sure there are no Macros linked to the keys! Hope some of this helped, if you continue to have the issue Ill see what I can think of!
