Hi, I'm unable to turn on backlight on the keyboard when using MacOS Mojave. Everything works fine when I'm using Windows though...

    Hey there! Are you referring to our Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma or Razer Blackwidow X TE Chroma? If it is the Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma, it is compatible with Mac OS X 1.08 (Mountain Lion) - 10.10 (Yosemite) only while Razer Blackwidow X TE Chroma is compatible with MacOS version 1.08 or higher. Does the keyboard functions normally aside from its Chroma concern?
