Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 latest firmware

Hello, my Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 seems to have an issue. When I press a key it generates multiple letters or it doesn't click at all. I read on the internet that it could be the firmware that is not up to date, so I was wondering where can I download it, because I cannot find it on the official website page suggested: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3612/~/razer-blackwidow-ultimate-2014-%7C-rz03-0038x-support Any ideas on where else I can get it? Thank you.

    I have an Huntsman Elite which had the 1.02 firmware and I recently started experiencing the exact same thing. tried updating firmware to latest 1.4 but issue is still there. Every time I hit the i key it registered 2 or 3 presses. I tried blowing air in it to clean, I tried multiple OS'es linux and windows 10, same issue.

    Yeah, it's so annoying! But as I need it every day for programming I've already decided to buy a new one.
