Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 onlz recognized as US Keyboard instead German

Mz Problem is with my Razer Gaming Kezboard,i buyed a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016,a Keyboard in German Layout,but whatever i do,Sznapse recognize the Kezboard only as US KEZBOARD... i deleted the drivers,i deleted my account,deinstalled all drivers, created a new Account,but the Result is always the same,i get a US Layout in Synapse.. Razer dont support older Products,but Razer is a NAME, Razer has a good name and brand, and should stand behind and vouch for the quality of its products, and provide solutions for its buyers.. I dont know why this Problem is,i never changed my settings,i only updated sometimes Razer,but instead it goes better,it goes worst and worst..tell me please a Solution for this ,or i send my last buz back and buy never again something from Razer.. Older Products should work well too,especially from a Brand like Razer... Perhaps the communitz can help more than Razer,they dont wanna help after warranty..
