Before 4 months I've got a Blackwidow Ultimate keyboard for a friend and it was working perfectly. But in the last 5 days the A key is intermittently working and I don't know why. Does anyone have a solution about this problem?

Try reinstalling your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If the issue still persists, then send me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
