Hello, i own a blackwidow, its exacly 2 years since i bought it and now i have some problems with it. When i start playing games my keyboard keeps disconnecting, its not like it disconnects once, it keeps disconnecting and connecting very frequently. Its not even like it disconnects for a while and then reconnects for a while, its more like it restarts every second where it turns off turns on turns off and it goes on and on for minutes and the keyboard is not usable. I have to admit that whenever i uninstall razer synapse it starts working better but it still disconnects. When using browser it doesnt do this very often but whenever i start playing games like apex legends or something else with WSAD input it begins. I already reinstalled razer synapse multiple times, uninstalled the device in device manager, i turned off the ,,Allow this computer to turn off this device to save energy'' in device manager, i hard reset my pc, reinstalled windows deleted every file from my pc, changed usb port, nothing works. Aditionally, whenever this happens my Razer Basilisk Ultimate also acts weird, instead of just clicking with the left click it selects, when my keyboard disconnects and i try to pause youtube video by clicking on the video itself it doesnt work, instead it selects the title of the video in the blue background color (i dont know how to properly describe it but i think u will understand). Also, in the device manager it sees my blackwidow v2 as both a keyboard and mouse and same for Basilisk which is being seen as keyboard and mouse.
