Hi all, I have seen a handful of people with the same issue for this keyboard and no solution. I don't see any firmwware updates for this keyboard either so it's really hard to find a solution other than blowing compressed air over the swwitches or uninstalling// reinstalling everything. Both of which have not solved the problem for me. Can somebody help us please? (i'm leaving any double presses in the text above. I've given up hitting my backspace key at this point :frown_:)

    You've pretty much covered all the suggested troubleshooting. Please PM me your device's serial number and the proof of purchase to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
