Blackwidow v3 Chroma and Function Keys issue

My blackwidow’s chroma effects stop working recently. Sometimes it will show up in synapse, sometimes it’ll say its disconnected (when its not). When it is appearing in synapse, I can’t configure it at all, changing brightness in the app for example, does nothing and the chroma studio wont change the lighting, its stuck on the default spectrum cycle. And now my function keys do not work. Holding FN + any of the function keys doesn’t do what they’re supposed to (like the brightness cant be changed using them), and numlock, capslock etc, don’t turn on or off when pressed. I uninstalled the drivers, synapse, used the driver clean up tool and reinstalled them all and the issue is not fixed.
