Blackwidow V3 + deathadder not detected and supported in synapse

Hello,

Everything was fine, I made my own profile for my Blackwidow V3 and my deathadder.

 

Then synapse updated, my profile is still working but my hardware is not supported anymore on synapse, cannot create new profile or macro. My Blackwidow and my deathadder doesnt appear anymore in synapse.

 

I tried to uninstall and reinstall synapse and the problem is still the same. I really nedd to create some macro on my keyboard and Im not able to do it since nothing appear on synapse.

 

Someone could help me resolving my issue ?

If you have Valorant, then uninstall Riot Vanguard, as it’s messing with Synaspe software making devices unavailable there.

 

If you don’t have Riot Vanguard, then you might try clean Synapse reinstall:

  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
