Blackwidow V3 disconnect and reconnect

Hi all, today I got my new Blackwidow V3. It worked a shot time perfectly, but then I got some issues. The Keyboard gets disconnected and reconnected by itself. I use Windows 10 and Synapse 3. If I uninstall Synapse, it works fine. But without Synapse, Chroma doesn't work. If I restore the driver for HID-compliant consumer control device to the old Microsoft-out-of-the-Box-Windows-Driver, it works, too. But then Chroma doesn't work also. Is the problem known and is there a workaround? I tested the Keyboard on a second PC, and there is the same issue... Please help me I also have a Razer Kraken X USB, this works fine without disconnects. On both PCs, I tried the Blackwidow V3 directly on USB, without an USB Hub
