BlackWidow v3 double typing

I just got a razer blackwidow v3 tenkeyless and I'm having issues with double typing on keys. I'm not sure if it is specific keys or the whole board I have had 2 other razer keyboards that have not had this issue. It is fine with my razer blade 15 2020's keyboard. Is this a hardware issue?

      I ended up ordering a new one from razer and im returning my one from amazon. it will be here mondday

        I ordered a new one from razer cuz amazon is out of stock and this new board has the same problem. I really like the board other than that issue. I need a TKL

          i also have the same issue, i tried it on 2 different pc and still the same result.. it's really annoying Sadly i´m waiting now for 5 Days and no Answer from their Support..

          Hi! I actually found an answer. The keyboard needed a firmware update that was not released until October but it fixed the issue for me. Sucks that it took 2 months before a fix came out
