Blackwidow v3 Driver Issue | Razer Insider

Hi,

I’m going crazy over my Blackwidow v3, because I can’t get it to work on my pc.
A few weeks ago I started having issues, where the keyboard would randomly connect and disconnect.
I decided to format the computer assuming it could be something related to the synapse software, or any kind of driver issue.
Since then, the keyboard simply does not work, and by that I mean it completely jams when I press any key and remains stuck until I unplug it and plug it back again.
The synapse software recognizes the keyboard, I can change the lighting settings but the rest of the keyboard does not work.
I plugged it in on another computer and it works flawlessly for hours straight. As soon as I connect it to my pc, it does not work. I’ve tried everything, and I simply can’t find a solution for this.
If I stop the boot on the bios, the keyboard works, I can switch settings with the tab, and I does not jam at all. As soon as it starts loading windows it freezes and stops working.
I’m pretty sure it’s a driver issue, but how can windows keep a malfunctioning driver even after formatting the disk? How does the device manager recognizes the device and it still doesn’t work properly?
Does anybody have an ideia of what it could be? I’m going crazy over here!
Thanks!
