Blackwidow v3 halo non functioning keys

I bought it awhile back and was wanting to find a fix for my Q ,, A , windows key, and up arrow key not working any help is really appreciated

    Hello there, ​@ShapedOwl!

     

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
