Hi, a few days ago I noticed that my left ctrl, windows key and left alt key are blue (my lights are usually set to pink). I fiddled with Synapse and put it on rainbow spectrum cycling, and it seemed like those keys could only be blue or green. Does anyone know a fix?

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Can you factory reset it via Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue.
