it should just work when you plug it in. maybe try connecting via the Bluetooth settings on the ps5.

if it doesn't connect automatically with dongle it either isn't combatable (I had it with one of my mouses), or somethings wrong with the device it-self, which i doubt, like i said in brackets some razer products are just not combatable with play station, usually because they need there own software installed on to the device their connecting to.

Hello. Sadly, I noticed the same thing when I bought the razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed phantom edition and it didn’t work directly with the ps5 using the wireless dongle that came with the keyboard, but only through wired connection. HOWEVER, I found a workaround that makes this keyboard usable on ps5 over wifi. I also have the razer basilisk v3 pro mouse with its own wireless dongle and it works just fine over wifi with ps5. So I went into razer synapse and I paired both razer devices (mouse and keyboard) with the basilisk v3 pro wireless dongle. After that, I connected only this dongle in the ps5 and voila!
