BlackWidow v3 Mini Hyperspeed Windows 10 Startup Issue

Problem: I recently purchased a BW v3 mini hyperspeed and after installing Synapse 3 I noticed an issue with my PC upon restart. The windows taskbar (and windows explorer) takes about 5-10 minutes to fully load and the clock on the taskbar appears to be frozen during this period. The taskbar is also unresponsive during this period and any programs that usually startup with windows is not starting up immediately but rather after the explorer/taskbar fully loads (ie steam, epic, nzxt cam). Upon searching the internet I read that the huntsman mini used to have similar issues until a firmware update fixed it (no firmware update for BW v3 mini on razer website atm). There were some reports that Synapse can cause similar issues.

Windows 10 (ver 10.0.19044)

Ryzen 5 2600x

Asus B450-F Gaming (first version)

Boot drive: Samsung 970 EVO

MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio

Attempts at fixing (not in any particular order):

Roll back windows update

Reinstalling drivers and Synapse3 (clean install)

Restarting with keyboard unplugged (not ideal but getting desperate)

Disabling "HID compliant" devices in Device Manager (reports that this workaround helped some users on reddit and Youtube)

Culprit?

The slow restart issue appears to have resolved after I moved the 2.4Ghz dongle from a usb 3 Gen 2 port to a usb 2 port. With the dongle plugged in and the keyboard on wired mode the issue persist if it is plugged into the usb 3 port.

I am posting this in the event someone else runs into a similar issue they might this helpful. And also if Razer could look into that would be great (not very hopeful).
