Since I got my keyboard, I've always connected it to my PC using the original charging cable (Type-A to Type-C).
So I rarely paid attention to the battery, but I’m pretty sure it usually stayed around 90–100%.
After using it for about three years, I switched to 2.4 GHz mode a few days ago for some reason.
It seems the battery ran out yesterday, but I didn’t realise it until this morning.
I quickly plugged it back in using the original cable.
The battery showed 5% at first (it had even shown “–%” before I plugged it in).
After about two hours, it was still at 5%. Then, after quite a few more hours, it reached 7%, and eventually 8% an hour later.
It's now at 8%.
I’ve tried things like resetting the keyboard, but that didn’t help.
What else can I do to fix this? Could the battery be dead? Should I just leave it plugged in and wait longer?
