Blackwidow V3 Pro 2.4ghz dongle not connecting

Recently my 2.4ghz BT dongle for my Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro stopped connecting to my keyboard. The keyboard will connect VIA a wired or BT connection still but when I switch to the 2.4 mode it will not reconnect to my computer. I have reinstalled the drivers for the keyboard and uninstalled the device in my device manager but still nothing. Any help is appreciated thank you.

    Does your PC at least detect the dongle when you plug it in? If not, the dongle may already be dead in the waters. Please send me the serial number of the keyboard so I can point you in the right direction. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
