Blackwidow V3 Pro
I have the Blackwidow V3 Pro which I purchased 4 months ago and it is no longer charging and is stuck at zero. There was a synapse update yesterday which I installed so I don't know if that had something to do with it. I've tried re-installing firmware and software and trying multiple USB ports with no luck.
I am trying to register it in case I need to RMA but I can no longer find the original receipt but I know I puchased in December on the 26th from Best Buy where I live.
Any other ideas to try??
Can I qualify for warranty if I do not have receipt?
