Blackwidow V3 Pro Bluetooth not discoverable/connecting

The Bluetooth on my blackwidow V3 Pro just stopped working randomly. I reset the Keyboard, updated the firm, and “removed” the device from my Mac, however now I am not able to discover the keyboard on either a Mac or Windows computer. 

I tried holding “Fn+1” and “Fn+2” for 5+ seconds but the keyboard is still not showing up on either device. 

 

Any recommendations on troubleshooting the bluetooth issues?

I recently purchase blackwidow v3 pro keyboard. Initially, I was not able to connect it via keyboard but I found out that I need to download firmware update and after that, it was all good to go. Maybe you can try that as well. If not then, maybe go check you windows update section. In that, under additional updates(for windows 11), maybe there is a bluetooth update.

 

Let me know if it works!

Same issue here. Bluetooth worked fine for about a month, now nothing - no lights, nothing works.

same here just for my razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed about a month ago I tried to turn on my blutooth and it just wouldnt turn on no lights no nothing. but the wireless 2.4 dongle still works that same as pluging it in. Im on a mac so I cant even update it or use razer synapse.

Same for me. Pulling the Power Switch to BT connection an nothing happend. I mean realy nothing no light no sounds. Nomatter what i do. Other connections are working without any issus

I’m facing the same issue since end of next week with my Macbook Pro.

I can’t connect the keyboard anymore via BT … It’s not part of the discoverable devices too …

 

It still works when wired though (and with the dongle on my Windows-based PC).

 

It would be great to have Razer’s feedback about it ...


i have got the same issue. It worked for one day and now it just wont pair. I am pressing alt+Fn key . Numbers 1 2 3 4 5 are lit with with light but non of them blinks with blue light.

While switching between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modes on my Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed, Bluetooth suddenly stopped working. When I switch to Bluetooth mode, the light doesn't turn on. I've tried updating the firmware, but the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated!

They said my Razer BW V3 Mini Hyperspeed keyboard are faulty, and told me to do RMA.
But since this issue are happen a lot - based on how many I seeing it reported on the internet, I choose not to return, as for playing game I am only use the 2.4 GHz mode or Cable mode.

No solution actually, I suggest to RMA bro.

I just had the same issue after returning to my computer, I was only awaiting for a few minutes while cooking dinner. I tried all of the previously mentioned possible solutions, none of which worked for me. 

What did work was factory resetting the keyboard.

For wireless keyboards such as the BlackWidow V3 Pro and BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed:

Switch the keyboard off.

Unplug the USB cable.

Press and hold “Escape”, “Caps Lock”, and the space bar.

Plug the keyboard into a USB port or simply switch it on.

Still having this issue with v4 of the board, and in Windows 11 Device window it has an extra device listed when this keyboard is either plugged in (USB) or Bluetooth paired:

(Have not seen this mentioned anywhere else online.) 

Worked fine on Bluetooth, with multiple profiles and computers, tablets and phones, for about 9 months. Now only works over USB and when using the dongle. Bluetooth connection, (when re-pairing,) only lasts about 1 minute, the key (1, 2, or 3,) used for the Bluetooth profile does not stop blinking once pairing is complete and then it needs to be paired over again after it shuts off. Did try the factory reset several times both wired and with just the switch. Firmware doesn’t seem to be re-flashable once you’re on the latest version 1.02.01 in my case.

 

I have submitted video and screenshots to RAZER and they have provided RMA label - shipping back tomorrow - shame that RAZER along with my 20+ years of technical support/troubleshooting experience could not find a fix - maybe future firmware could’ve fixed it… ::shrugs::
