Blackwidow V3 Pro - Double Typing issues

Hiya, I bought a Blackwidow V3 - Pro and had some double typing issues out of the box, I thought it was just an issue that would go away over time but was wrong, ended up getting a brand new replacement model sent out, this model also has double typing issues. I uninstalled synapse and that seemed to work for a moment there and the double typing was very, infrequent after but, that defeated the point of having the chroma settings here. I googled my issue and it pointed me towards a fix which was downloading a firmware update. Itried to download the Blackwidow V3 Pro Firmware Updater but, after I run it, it closes synapse and then goes to this screen https://i.imgur.com/dFIKo3l.png but, never lets me click update, even with the dongle plugged in, I am unsure how to proceed from here.

    Uninstalling Razer Synapse seems to fix this issue pretty much, so it's not a keyboard issue, I can type pretty much without double type.

    Still no luck fixing this issue, I'd like to have synapse functionality with my keyboard. Any help?
