BlackWidow V3 Pro Esc button not working

Hi is there anyone able to guide regarding the escape button not working as the current keyboard was out of warrenty. It been awhile since i  use it as i discard one side when i switch to a different products until recently the other keyboard broke down and bring out as spare keyboard. As i remember it was still working awhile ago until yesterday when there was some issue with the software i reinstall and afterwards it stopped working. I try reset and everything i could but unable to find the reason whats wrong .

I understand that you're having key input issues with your Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro, where your Esc key is not working. Please try to disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
