Blackwidow V3 Pro Green-switches no tactile click

So a couple days ago i received my blackwidow v3 pro with green switches and something felt off after I've been using it for a day, some keys don't have any tactile or clicky feedback at all. After contacting the reseller I returned that one and ordered a new one only to have same issue but on different keys. My question is if this is a common issue with this keyboard or that I'm just unlucky. I have owned a Blackwidow v2 for almost 4 years now without ever having any keys act like this so that is why I also found it so strange. I can just order a new one again but if this is a common issue with this keyboard (found one amazon review with a similar issue so I wouldn't think so) I don't want to be at keyboard number 10 for it to not have this problem a video of the issue for some more context: https://streamable.com/lbkq46

Strange, wonder which batch do you have? The first 4 digits on your serial number (starting IOxxxx) should indicate production year/week. Maybe it's problem with some batch?

That's odd. And no, this is not how the Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro keys should behave. Please contact your reseller and ask for a warranty claim. Otherwise, send me a PM including your device's serial number so I can forward this to our Support Team. I'll be locking this thread now.
