I have the same issue as others, using all current drivers, battery level is at 0 and keyboard does not function unless it is using the usb cable.

I’m guessing a dead battery or internal charging components failure.

Can the battery be replaced by a consumer?  How do i get support on the keyboard

I’m here to help. To isolate the issue, please make sure to plug the Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro directly into the computer and not on a USB hub. You can also try a different USB port and a other cables. Charge the keyboard for approximately 2 hours and wait for the LED indicator to turn solid green. If the same problem persists, PM me the device serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware updates. Thanks!
