Hello, I got my Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard today, and I really like it, but I have an issue. One of the main reasons I picked the Blackwidow v3 pro is the ability to connect to 3 devices at once and switching between them using the mode switch (on the side of the keyboard). I have my keyboard wire connected to my main personal PC and I have the 2.4G dongle connected to my work laptop. The problem is the keyboard wont connect to the wireless 2.4G dongle unless I physically detach the wired cable. The mode switch button on the side has no effect if the keyboard is wire connected, I have to detach the cable if I want to switch to 2.4G or Bluetooth which is not convenient for me. Is there any setting/firmware that I could update or change so all I have to do is just switch the mode button and not detach the cable?

As far as I know, the keyboard disables wireless connectivity when it is physically connected to a machine. With that said, please send me the serial number so I can document your feedback and forward it to the relevant team. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
